Michela Pantaleoni is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in the Life Sciences sector, with strong expertise in Pricing & Market Access strategies for the launch of innovative therapies, particularly in areas of high unmet clinical need such as rare diseases and oncology.<\/p>\n
She has developed skills at both local and global levels, starting her career in consulting at IMS Health, and later taking on strategic roles in multinational companies such as AstraZeneca and Chiesi Global Rare Diseases. She then moved into the biotech sector, with a special focus on rare diseases, working with companies like Napo Therapeutics. In parallel, she serves as an advisor and strategic consultant for early-stage biotech and medtech companies, supporting the development of access and value strategies from the early phases.<\/p>\n
Throughout her career, she has built a pragmatic approach to engaging with regulatory bodies, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) agencies, and key stakeholders, contributing to the design of sustainable access models and value-driven positioning of innovative assets.<\/p>\n
A strong advocate of inclusive innovation and diversity, she is a member of the Donne 4.0 association and, since 2024, a member of Angels 4 Women, supporting female entrepreneurship in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.<\/p>\n
