For personal reasons, Aldo Cocchiglia is leaving the Board of Directors<\/a>, effective May 3, 2023. Two years after the birth of Hemera, the shareholders express their gratitude to Ing. Cocchiglia for his commitment and contribution to the development of the company , along with best wishes for the future.<\/p>\n The Shareholders’ Meeting also resolved to confirm the current composition of the Board of Directors: President Prof. Guido Fumagalli<\/a>, Chief Executive Officer Dott.ssa Cristiana Vignoli<\/a>, Director of Research and Development Prof. Ilaria Decimo<\/a>, Director of Therapy Development Prof. Francesco Bifari<\/a>.
