Two years after Hemera\u2019s founding, the shareholders express their gratitude to Mr. Cocchiglia for his commitment and contribution to the company\u2019s development, along with their best wishes for his future endeavors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"889\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The Shareholders\u2019 Meeting also decided to confirm the current composition of the Board of Directors: Chairman Prof. <a href=\"https:\/\/hemerapharma.com\/en\/team\/guido-fumagalli\/\">Guido Fumagalli,<\/a> CEO Dr.<a href=\"https:\/\/hemerapharma.com\/en\/team\/cristiana-vignoli\/\"> Cristiana Vignoli,<\/a> Director of Research and Development Prof. <a href=\"https:\/\/hemerapharma.com\/en\/team\/ilaria-decimo\/\">Ilaria Decimo<\/a>, and Director of Therapy Development Prof.<a href=\"https:\/\/hemerapharma.com\/en\/team\/francesco-bifari\/\"> Francesco Bifari<\/a>.
