Carlo holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Genoa and has 15 years of solid international experience in the financial sector. As the Founder of Withfounders S.r.l., a startup accelerator dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in the development of digital and consumer companies through investments and specialized training, he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at OSAI Automation System S.p.A. and Creactives Group S.p.A.

His professional background includes a well-regarded 9-year experience in the Financial Markets division at Accenture, EDS S.p.A., and Ernst & Young. Since 2019, he has been part of the team at KT&Partners, a renowned independent financial advisory firm known for its expertise in Investment Banking, Financial Markets, and Sustainability Consulting.

In addition, Carlo served as Chief Financial Officer at Docomo Deutschland Group following a successful 14-year tenure as CFO at Buongiorno S.p.A., a company formerly listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, until its acquisition by the Docomo Group.

In recent years, he has provided his financial expertise as a Financial Advisor to various companies, including OSAI S.p.A., listed on Euronext Growth Milan, 77 Agency S.r.l., a Digital Media company acquired by the Jakala Group, and Kippy S.r.l., a company specializing in Pet Mobility Services.
