Cristiana graduated in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at the University of Bologna and obtained a postgraduate master’s degree in Health Systems Management from the same University. She has twenty years of experience in the evaluation, direction, development, and management of innovative Technology Transfer and Business Creation projects, combined with the selection and management of the investment portfolio in spin-offs and start-ups in the field of science and technology. From 2018 to 2021, she was Director of the G-Factor incubator-accelerator of the Golinelli Foundation, from 2015 to 2018 Senior Innovation Manager at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and from 2000 to 2014 Head of Research and Innovation and Head of General Affairs of FAM – Alma Mater Foundation. She was member of the Evaluation Unit for Technology Transfer and Organizational and Managerial Innovation of the Spinner Consortium from 2011 to 2013 and Member of the Board of Directors of Alma Mater S.r.l. from 2010 to 2012. Cristiana is a strong and positive manager, with a marked aptitude for strategic vision and network development. She combines excellent execution ability with skills in analysis, negotiation, and management of complex processes, especially in the start-up phases of new high-impact realities.
