Hemera’s Board of Directors: Updates in its structure
For personal reasons, Aldo Cocchiglia is leaving the Board of Directors, effective May 3, 2023. Two years after the birth of Hemera, the shareholders express their gratitude to Ing. Cocchiglia for his commitment and contribution to the development of the company , along with best wishes for the future.
The Shareholders’ Meeting also resolved to confirm the current composition of the Board of Directors: President Prof. Guido Fumagalli, Chief Executive Officer Dott.ssa Cristiana Vignoli, Director of Research and Development Prof. Ilaria Decimo, Director of Therapy Development Prof. Francesco Bifari. They will continue to pursue the company’s goals and mission with the same passion and dedication that have enabled them to achieve important milestones in recent years
